Enterprise Platform Administrator

Configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise ITSM and workflow platforms — ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Workato, and Microsoft Power Platform.

What You Will Do

  • Configure, customize, and maintain enterprise ServiceNow instances across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps modules.
  • Design and build automated workflows, business rules, and catalog items to streamline IT service delivery and operational processes.
  • Develop integrations between enterprise platforms using tools such as Workato, Microsoft Power Automate, ServiceNow IntegrationHub, or custom REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Manage Jira Service Management and Atlassian suite configurations, including project workflows, SLA policies, and automation rules.
  • Perform platform upgrades, patch testing, and instance cloning while maintaining zero-downtime deployment standards.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and performance analytics to give client leadership visibility into SLA compliance and service health.
  • Participate in sprint planning and standups with international IT operations teams to scope configuration changes and enhancements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of enterprise platform administration experience, with deep expertise in at least one major ITSM platform (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or equivalent).
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience building integrations using iPaaS tools such as Workato, Tray.io, or Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT service management best practices.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation (JavaScript, GlideScript, Groovy, or equivalent) for platform customization.
  • Flawless English communication skills to gather requirements and deliver platform demos to IT directors and stakeholders.
