Enterprise Platform Administrator
Full-Time · Accra, Ghana (On-Site)
Configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise ITSM and workflow platforms — ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Workato, and Microsoft Power Platform.
What You Will Do
- Configure, customize, and maintain enterprise ServiceNow instances across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps modules.
- Design and build automated workflows, business rules, and catalog items to streamline IT service delivery and operational processes.
- Develop integrations between enterprise platforms using tools such as Workato, Microsoft Power Automate, ServiceNow IntegrationHub, or custom REST/SOAP APIs.
- Manage Jira Service Management and Atlassian suite configurations, including project workflows, SLA policies, and automation rules.
- Perform platform upgrades, patch testing, and instance cloning while maintaining zero-downtime deployment standards.
- Build dashboards, reports, and performance analytics to give client leadership visibility into SLA compliance and service health.
- Participate in sprint planning and standups with international IT operations teams to scope configuration changes and enhancements.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of enterprise platform administration experience, with deep expertise in at least one major ITSM platform (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or equivalent).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is strongly preferred.
- Experience building integrations using iPaaS tools such as Workato, Tray.io, or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT service management best practices.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation (JavaScript, GlideScript, Groovy, or equivalent) for platform customization.
- Flawless English communication skills to gather requirements and deliver platform demos to IT directors and stakeholders.
