Senior ERP Consultant

What You Will Do

  • Configure, customize, and maintain enterprise ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 across finance, procurement, and supply-chain modules.
  • Implement and optimize financial close, accounts payable/receivable, and revenue-recognition workflows to support U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance.
  • Design and build integrations between ERP systems and adjacent platforms — Salesforce CPQ & Billing, Workday Adaptive Planning, or banking middleware — using native connectors, APIs, or iPaaS tools.
  • Lead data migration and system-conversion projects, ensuring data integrity, mapping accuracy, and minimal disruption during go-live cutover.
  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and financial analytics using tools such as SAP Fiori, NetSuite SuiteAnalytics, or Power BI.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), develop training materials, and provide post-go-live hypercare for smooth adoption.
  • Collaborate with finance directors and controllers during sprint cycles to scope configuration changes, enhancements, and module rollouts.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of hands-on ERP configuration and administration experience with at least one major platform (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of core financial processes — general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, procurement, and financial reporting.
  • Experience building integrations between ERP platforms and adjacent systems such as CRM, CPQ, billing, or planning tools.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to enterprises, including SOX controls, audit trails, and segregation of duties within ERP environments.
  • Relevant vendor certifications (SAP Certified Application Associate, Oracle NetSuite Administrator, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant, or equivalent) are a strong plus.
  • Flawless English communication skills to gather requirements and present system demos to finance leadership.
