Senior Solutions Engineer

What You Will Do

• Lead end-to-end platform implementation engagements — discovery, architecture, configuration, testing, and production cutover — for enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR, OneTrust, or Workday.
• Conduct stakeholder discovery workshops to document business requirements, map existing workflows, and define the target-state architecture.
• Architect platform solutions that align with enterprise standards — module configurations, integration architectures, data migration strategies, and security models.
• Build and configure platform instances from the ground up: custom workflows, automation rules, dashboards, role-based access controls, and third-party integrations.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans — functional, integration, UAT coordination, and performance validation — to ensure production readiness.
• Create detailed runbooks, architecture documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials for clean handover to client operations teams.
• Manage implementation timelines, scope, and deliverables, delivering on-time and on-budget outcomes that rival major consulting firm quality.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of enterprise platform implementation experience, with at least 2 full-cycle greenfield deployments on platforms such as ServiceNow, Cortex XSOAR, OneTrust, Workday, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead discovery workshops, produce solution design documents, and present architectural recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Deep technical proficiency in at least one major enterprise platform, with relevant vendor certifications (ServiceNow CIS, Palo Alto XSOAR Certified, OneTrust Fellow, Workday Pro, or equivalent).
• Experience with data migration planning, integration architecture (REST APIs, middleware, iPaaS), and cutover management.
• Strong project-management instincts — scoping work, managing timelines, and communicating risk proactively.
• Flawless English communication skills to run client-facing workshops and deliver executive presentations.
