Best for: Standing up a new capability — a SOC, a dev team, a data function — without building it internally.

Setup: 4–6 weeks to fully operational Pod. For long-term engagements, Pods can evolve into Embedded Operations where Thadium builds and operates an entire technical function on your behalf.

Fractional Managed Services

A dedicated alternative to expensive vendor Professional Services. Thadium provides consistent, expert administration for your heavy-lift SaaS tools, delivered by a managed Thadium professional.

Best for: Ongoing platform administration without the cost of a full-time hire or vendor Professional Services.

Tier 1 (~10 hrs/week): Ongoing rule tuning, system updates, compliance monitoring, and lightweight platform administration. Tier 2 (~20 hrs/week): Active playbook management, configuration changes, platform optimization, and continuous compliance monitoring.
